Duties
Install new HVAC systems including air conditioning units, ventilation systems, and heating equipment according to schematics and HVAC design plans
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on existing HVAC systems to ensure peak performance
Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and mechanical drawings for accurate installation and repair
Conduct refrigeration repairs, ensuring safety protocols are followed
Utilize tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing and welding equipment for system fabrication or repairs
Diagnose mechanical issues using specialized equipment repair skills and mechanical knowledge
Collaborate with property maintenance teams to coordinate system upgrades or repairs in commercial or industrial facilities
Requirements
Experience as an HVAC service technician or installer is preferred but not required.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by hands-on experience in equipment repair and maintenance tasks
Ability to work safely with refrigerants and other industry supplies while adhering to safety standards

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
