This position's primary objective is to complete customer project goals as defined within Thrive Project Plans, Orders and Scopes of Service. Additionally, M365 Implementation Engineers will work in tandem with Deployment Engineers to complete project-based prerequisite tasks necessary to activate Thrive service offerings. M365 Implementation Engineers will work with Engineers, Project Managers and Thrive clients to accomplish those goals and objectives.RequirementsPrimary ResponsibilitiesImplementation of IT projects related (but not limited to) the following:Office 365 Email and Communication servicesMicrosoft Endpoint ManagementEmail migration between HEX, Exchange, O365 and Google environmentsAbility to handle diverse computing environments in a wide cross section of business clientsAnalyze and document an unfamiliar client environment while assessing the quickest path to completion of project goalsWork through the project process to reach a successful outcome by:Presenting implementation plans at technical kick off to inform the client of dependencies, requirements, potential conflicts, etcWorking at direction of Engineering Management and Project Managers to complete engineering tasks in adherence to a formal project planAssisting in completion of Support Handoff requirements to allow for long term maintenance by Thrive Service DeskClearly and professionally communicate project plans, potential impacts and testing procedures to customersTrack and manage time effectively to accomplish multiple ongoing projectsQualificationsMinimumBachelor's Degree, Technical Degree or equivalent work experience2-4+ years of Administrative and/or Project experience with Windows Server and M365 Tenant Management2-4+ years of workstation, network, and/or server support experienceExperience with monitoring and remote management toolsSelf-motivated with ability to work both independently and in a team environmentPreferredExperience using ServiceNow (or other project management software)Experience in ITIL methodology and change management processesWillingness to improve team process and contribute to team and company initiatives
