XL Pro National Staffing is NOW HIRING for a On-Site Recruiter!We are looking for a Skilled On-Site Recruiter to attract and recruit quality candidates.Compensation: $18.00- $20.00 HourlySchedule: Monday to Friday 6:30 AM – 6:00 PM + WeekendsLocation: Warehouse in the Atlanta, GA 30336 area.What You will Be Doing:- Work with hiring managers to collect relevant position information and prepare/edit job descriptions- Identify and execute suitable recruiting strategies for a diverse range of professional-level roles- Utilize various interview techniques (resume screens, telephone, behavioral interviews, etc.)- Manage the interview process by scheduling and communicating with candidates and hiring managers- Maintain and nurture pipeline for key corporate positions; develop a pipeline of candidates and grow the candidate databasePosition Requirements:- Full Cycle Recruiting and experience working within the light industry staffing agency- Ability to thrive in a very fast-paced work environment- Excellent phone and basic computer skills- Excellent time management to prioritize and multi-task- Full Cycle of vetting, interviewing, over the phone and in-person- Ability to easily source and knowledge in all sourcing all social media platforms- You must have the ability to build positive and professional work relationships with both candidates and clients.Company Hiring Requirements:E-VerifyDrug Test7 Background Year Background CheckBenefits:- Health- Dental- Vision- 401KIf you are interested in this position, please send your resume to Leticia@xlpro.com or apply through this job posting.
