Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

First Step Therapy is seeking an RBT to provide center-based services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder ages 1-21 years old in our Eustis Clinic with a multidisciplinary team of providers, including speech, occupational, and physical therapy. Part-time to full-time available! The RBTs will collaborate with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA therapy services to help children learn new skills and reach milestones. Job Description: Provide in-person behavior intervention services in a clinic based-setting. Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans that improve the child's ability to function in their environment. Collect and record data on child behaviors. Collaborate with BCBAs to create treatment plans that are most beneficial for the child and the family's goals. Collaborate with other therapy disciplines to provide a multidisciplinary approach for optimal functional outcomes. Follow Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) guidelines and codes of conduct.
