Loader/Offloading Associate – Perris, CA Pay Rate: $18.00/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday | 4:00 PM–12:30 AM Empire Workforce Solutions is hiring motivated and reliable Loader/Offloading Associates to join our warehouse team in Perris, CA! This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, are dependable, and are looking for a stable warehouse position with opportunities to grow. Job Responsibilities Unload trailers safely and efficiently throughout the shift Unload floor-loaded trailers, including individual boxes and merchandise Lift, move, and stack products weighing up to 50 lbs Frequently bend, lift, pull, and perform physical warehouse tasks Stack merchandise onto pallets Palletize products and secure loads using shrink wrap Operate pallet jacks to move and organize inventory Handle fragile merchandise with care Maintain productivity standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment Meet unloading goals of approximately 150 CPH Requirements Must be able to work overtime as needed Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays when required Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to perform continuous lifting and physical labor Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse setting Previous warehouse, loading, unloading, or material handling experience is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting Ability to perform repetitive loading and unloading tasks How to Apply Text "Perris Unloading" to (909) 677-2297 or call to schedule an interview today!
