One of their key contributors to their success if the emphasis on long-term relationships, whether that’s employees or clients and lend their future success to continuous improvement.Their clients include international brands and some of the most prolific retail companies in the States.The Projects: They specialize in ground-up, tenant improvement/ interior build outs & design-build projects, with a key focus on retail projects throughout Southeastern states – from The Carolinas & Georgia to Pennsylvania. Alongside retail, they have some projects within Hospitality, Automotive and commercial spaces.The Role: We are looking for a Project Manager in Raleigh to join their team. Ideally you’d have 5+ years working at a General Contractor, preferably with exposure to retail projects.What’s in it for you? Our client are offering a base salary between $110,000 and $140,000 plus benefits for a Project Manager with a background in retail projects.
