This role involves leading a team of registration representatives, providing training and support, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and policies. The Lead also handles complex patient inquiries, resolves issues, and contributes to the overalleffectiveness of the patient access departmentMust be a high school graduate or equivalent with an ability to perform in an emergency situation and possess good communication skills.
