Program Manager – HealthcareRemoteContract RoleJob Summary We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong expertise in the Healthcare domain to lead and manage large-scale healthcare technology, digital transformation, payer/provider, and healthcare operations programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and successful delivery of complex healthcare initiatives while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end program management for healthcare technology and business transformation initiatives.Drive program planning, execution, governance, and delivery across multiple projects and workstreams.Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to define program objectives and delivery roadmaps.Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.Ensure alignment with healthcare industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices.Establish program governance frameworks, status reporting, and executive dashboards.Track KPIs, project milestones, and program success metrics.Facilitate stakeholder communication and executive-level presentations.Identify and mitigate program risks and issues proactively.Support process improvement initiatives and organizational change management efforts.Work closely with Product, Engineering, Clinical, Operations, and Data Analytics teams to achieve program goals.Drive Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies as required.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Life Sciences, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.8+ years of overall experience with at least 5+ years in Program/Project Management.Proven experience managing large healthcare programs in payer, provider, healthcare IT, population health, or digital health environments.Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, regulations, and compliance standards.Experience managing multi-million-dollar programs and cross-functional teams.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Strong expertise in project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and governance.Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.Preferred Healthcare Domain Experience
