From data centers to advanced manufacturing environments, our work sits at the intersection of engineering precision and real-world execution.We are looking for a Senior Electrical Commissioning Project Engineer who can lead from the front, solve complex technical challenges, and drive commissioning outcomes in high-stakes environments.Why This Role Stands OutThis is not a checklist-driven commissioning role.This is a position for someone who:Owns outcomes, not just tasksUnderstands systems holistically, not in silosCan operate independently while leading othersYou will play a direct role in ensuring critical systems are designed correctly, installed properly, and perform under real-world conditions.What You’ll DoProject Leadership & ExecutionLead commissioning activities across the full project lifecycleExecute and oversee functional testing, factory witness testing, and on-site validationManage multiple assignments while maintaining schedule, budget, and quality expectationsInterpret contract documents to identify risks and opportunitiesTechnical Expertise & Problem SolvingEvaluate electrical distribution systems and building system interconnectivityTroubleshoot system performance issues in real timeReview design documentation and submittalsClient & Stakeholder EngagementLead commissioning meetings and communicate findingsServe as a trusted partner to clients and contractorsOperational ContributionsComplete field reports, documentation, and time managementSupport scheduling and revenue targetsTeam DevelopmentMentor junior engineers and support training initiativesWhat You BringCore QualificationsElectrical Engineering degree or Qualified Electrician background7+ years in electrical systems OR 3+ years commissioningData center or mission-critical experienceTechnical CapabilitiesExperience with electrical distribution, HVAC systems, controls, fire alarm, and automationAbility to read construction drawings and specificationsProfessional SkillsStrong analytical and communication skillsAbility to lead meetings and manage multiple prioritiesPhysical RequirementsAbility to work in field environments, climb ladders, and lift ~30 lbsPreferredEIT, CEM, LEED, OSHA 30, BIM experienceTravel RequirementsRegular travel to project sites with potential for broader U.S. travel.
