Data Analyst or Business Analyst / Remote or Charlotte NC / W2 ONLYAbout our Customer & Role:Our direct customer, a global Fortune 500 company & a leader in the Food Services industry is looking for a “Data Analyst / Business Analyst”, committed to gathering detailed requirements and prioritizing them based on users’ most pressing business challenges. This role will be focused on vendor domain supporting the build out of distributor data sets. Qualifications:3-5 years of Business Analyst or Data Analyst experience, preferably in a client-facing role2+ years of agile experience / SAFe Experience Exceptional knowledge of data management best practicesExperience with SQL and AWS technologies preferredExcellent written and verbal communicatorExperience presenting to non-technical stakeholdersHighly detail-oriented and organizedCombination of analytical, client-oriented, data analysis, and project management skillsetsUnderstanding of data and agile best practices.Experience working on data and analytic projects and gathering business requirements through client and stakeholder interviews.Responsibilities:Work with internal stakeholders and client teams to understand business requirements for data analytics, reporting, and visualizationAbility to identify any problems with the current business model and complete quality assurance during and after implementation Translate business requirements into scalable products for enterprise solutionsCollaborate with data engineering team to ensure technical data requirements are metExecute on projects in a highly proactive and effective way, inclusive of documentation, adherence to timelines and quality control standardsInteract with clients on a day-to-day basis to provide thought leadership and proactively address needsWork directly with product ownership to ensure the backlog is groomed accordingly and meets their expectations Act in a scrum master capacity on numerous project teams to help prioritize backlogs and detail out user stories with the business partners
