Key Responsibilities Close and fund Reverse Mortgage loans, ensuring compliance with documentation and regulations Prepare and review daily reports, monitoring workflow and turn times Interface with warehouse and post-closing teams to ensure quality of funding packages Qualifications and Experience At least 3+ years of closing and funding experience with Reverse Mortgages Preferred experience in Wholesale, PA, and Correspondent roles Familiarity with interpreting insurance policies, title reports, and settlement statements Strong knowledge of the mortgage banking industry and relevant regulations Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
