Job Title : Network Voice + NEC Engineer
Location: Everett, WA / Seattle WA
Duration: Long term
Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and deploy NEC voice communication systems based on client requirements.
Perform system integration, including SIP trunking, PRI connections, and VoIP protocols.
Conduct system testing and validation to ensure performance and reliability.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to internal teams and clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive voice solutions that meet business needs.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in voice communication technologies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience in designing, implementing, and supporting NEC voice communication systems.
Proficiency in NEC telephony platforms, including NEC Univerge and SV9000 series.
Strong understanding of VoIP protocols (SIP, H.323) and networking concepts.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
Relevant certifications (e.g., NEC Certified Technician) are a plus.
