Help ensure customer satisfaction by accurately picking, packing, and readying orders for delivery. Track stock levels and provide support for inventory restocking tasks. Utilize warehouse machinery, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, to support safe and productive operations. Keep the warehouse area tidy and well-arranged to support a functional workspace. Work alongside colleagues to help the team achieve its daily performance targets. Adhere to all safety guidelines and organizational standards to foster a secure environment for everyone. Required Skills and Experience A high school diploma or its equivalent is preferred. Prior background working in a warehouse or a comparable setting is beneficial. Capable of standing for long durations and lifting objects weighing as much as 50 lbs. Demonstrates sharp attention to detail and strong organizational habits. Proficiency with basic computer tasks for managing inventory. Possesses solid communication skills and the ability to work well within a group. Open to learning new processes and adjusting to a fast-moving workplace.
