Job Tittle : ServiceNow Architect - HRSDLocation : New Brunswick, NJ (Hybrid)We are looking for a ServiceNow Architect with deep expertise in the HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) module to design, architect, and deliver enterprise-scale HR service solutions.Architect end-to-end ServiceNow HRSD solutions including Case Management, Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, and HR lifecycle events (Hire to Retire)Design and configure HR workflows, service catalogs, record producers, and fulfillment processesIntegrate ServiceNow HRSD with HR systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, Oracle HCM)Lead technical design reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor development teamsOversee portal configuration (Employee Center, Agent Workspace) for seamless user experienceImplement HR analytics and reporting dashboards for workforce insightsSupport HRSD implementation, upgrades, and production maintenance
