Lead QA Analyst

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products. The QA Engineer will work closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to identify defects, validate requirements, and ensure that applications meet business and technical standards before release.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing.Identify, document, track, and verify software defects using defect management tools.Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution.Review business and technical requirements to ensure testability and completeness.Design and implement automated test scripts where applicable.Conduct API, database, and performance testing as required.Validate software releases and support deployment activities.Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.Generate test reports and provide quality metrics to stakeholders.Ensure compliance with quality standards, processes, and best practices.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.2+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Quality Center.Knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies.Familiarity with SQL for database validation and testing.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.QualificationsNARange Of Year Experience-Min Year5Range Of Year Experience-Max Year5
