The Tray Washer is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of trays used in the food processing environment. This role plays a critical part in maintaining food safety standards and supporting overall operational efficiency.ResponsibilitiesManually remove eggs from trays.Replace dirty trays with clean ones.Inspect trays for damage and report any issues to supervisors.Follow all sanitation protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a clean work environment.Assist in organizing and storing clean trays and equipment.Adhere to GMP's, health and safety regulations at all times.QualificationsPrevious experience in a food processing or sanitation role is a plus.Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety regulations.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.Ability to stand for duration of work shiftAbility to lift and carry trays.
