Whether it's mergers & acquisitions, fundraising, audits, or compliance, our secure and intuitive platform helps teams move faster with less risk.We're growing fast and looking for a driven, results-oriented Account Executive to join our New York City Sales team and help accelerate our next stage of growth.The Role: As an Account Executive , you will be responsible for generating and closing new business with middle-market investment banks, private equity firms, and enterprise corporate clients. Initially, your primary accounts will be investment banks. You'll act as a trusted advisor, helping prospects understand how our VDR solutions can solve their most critical information-sharing challenges.
