These are the qualifications that matter.5+ years of HVAC and general maintenance experience in commercial or industrial environmentsEPA Universal Certification required; HVAC technical certification or license preferredStrong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and building maintenance tradesExperience using mobile devices and work order systemsValid driver's license with ability to travel locally between sitesStrong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skillsFrequent travel to customer locations with company vehicleAbility to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical tasks (climbing, kneeling, bending)Exposure to varied environments, including mechanical, electrical, and outdoor conditionsRequired use of PPE and adherence to safety protocolsKey ResponsibilitiesPerform preventative maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC systems, including package and split unitsDiagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and system issues (motors, compressors, controls, refrigerant systems)Service boilers, airflow systems, and ductworkEnsure EPA-compliant refrigerant handling and system performance testingComplete work orders, service reports, and inspections using mobile technologyPerform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting repairsMaintain customer relationships and deliver high-quality service across multiple sitesOrder materials and provide estimates for additional repair workFollow all OSHA safety standards, company policies, and compliance requirementsWhy This Job?Our client offers a range of competitive benefits to keep their teams happy, healthy, and invested.
