You’ll be responsible for driving availability, visibility, and execution across large format, small format, and national chain accounts. This role is highly autonomous and field-based, spending the majority of time building relationships, executing merchandising standards, and growing a retail presence.You’ll work closely with your Program Manager, store decision-makers, and distribution partners to ensure program objectives are consistently met—and exceeded.This is a 7-month assignment with the potential for extension based on business needs and performance. If and when the assignment concludes, our team will proactively work to place you on another opportunity within our network.What You’ll DoAccount Management (90%)Build and maintain strong relationships with store-level decision-makers and distribution partnersEnsure product is on-shelf, properly signed, and placed for maximum visibilityNegotiate, build, and maintain incremental displays and secondary placementsExecute merchandising standards, POS placement, and shelf rotation to ensure freshnessIdentify opportunities to expand displays, points of interruption, and share of visual inventorySupport and execute sampling initiatives to drive trial and sales velocityService an assigned route averaging eight (8) accounts per day (market-dependent)Reporting & Communication (10%)Log visits, photos, and KPIs using CRM tools (REPSLY)Provide consistent feedback from the field to the Program Manager and stakeholdersSubmit expense reports accurately and on time using ConcurParticipate in regular check-ins and program meetingsWhat We’re Looking ForPrior experience in CPG, beverage, or field sales preferred but not requiredSelf-starter who thrives in an independent, results-driven roleStrong organization, planning, and time management skillsConfident, engaging communicator with store managers and consumersComfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environmentEnergetic, proactive, and solution-orientedMust live in-market and have strong geographic knowledgeValid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and ability to clear an MVRPhysical & Environmental RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, and move throughout stores for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 25 lbs. repeatedlyComfortable working in environments such as cold vaults, storage rooms, and varied retail conditionsCompensationAnnual Salary: $55,000 - $60,000Bonus Opportunity: 10% annuallyAuto Allowance: $600 monthlyCommunication Allowance: $150 monthly Wellness Benefit: $50 monthlyWhy Green House?At Green House, we offer a dynamic, flexible, and inclusive work environment where your contributions are valued and your career aspirations supported.
