This role requires expertise in electrical troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation in commercial environments.Key Responsibilities: LeadershipGuide and train a small crew on a semi-regular basis. ReportingDocument findings and completed work, including photos, for client reports. Troubleshooting & MaintenanceDiagnose and repair electrical systems, wiring, and devices. Materials EstimationAssess job sites and provide materials estimates for repairs. SafetyStrictly adhere to OSHA and safety standards. AvailabilityAble to work overnight, weekends, and occasional holidays as needed.Qualifications: LicensingJourneyman license preferred; registered apprentices with strong skills and recommendations considered. Experience5 years of field experience preferred. Technical SkillsMust be able to bend and install conduit. - Familiar with 120-480V systems, lighting, and signage. - Comfortable with exterior work, including occasional bucket truck use. - Able to read electrical schematics/diagrams. - Knowledgeable in electrical math (sizing cable, feeders, derating, etc.) CommunicationStrong verbal and written skills for clear reporting and client interactions. Other RequirementsDiploma/GED. - Chauffeur's license preferred. - Clean driving record and reliable transportation. - Background check required.Additional Information: Veterans WelcomeWe encourage all veterans and military personnel to apply.
