This is a great opportunity to work in the Commercial Airplanes South Carolina Design Center, as an Employee Development Specialist supporting the development of our Mechanical and Structural Technical community.Primary Responsibilities:Conducts learning requirements analysis and establishes learning objectives.Designs and develops course content and instructional materials.Tests delivery environment and establishes system access requirements.Delivers content and assesses effectiveness based on learning objectives.Conducts customer workplace coaching sessions to improve individual or group performance.Deploys development tools and monitors implementation and performance outcomes.This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the North Charleston, SC location.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):3+ years of experience in coaching, instructing or as an employee development specialist3+ years of experience in designing and employing technical or leadership development courseware and/or curriculum3+ years of experience developing tools or methods that monitor implementation and performance outcomesPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Advanced education (e.g. PhD) in the Learning & Development, Organizational/Leadership Excellence, Organizational Development, or similar5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience5+ years of experience in coaching, instructing or as an employee development specialist5+ years of experience in designing and employing technical or leadership development courseware and/or curriculum5+ years of experience developing tools or methods that monitor implementation and performance outcomesExperience developing, implementing, and instructing training material related to aerospace applicationsActive participation in industry technical organizations such as CMH-17, AIAA, ASME, etcConflict of Interest:Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.Drug Free Workplace:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Pay & Benefits:At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
