Hotel Front Desk Agent

Overview: We are seeking applicants who are reliable and customer-oriented for our Front Desk team. 2nd Shift, part time. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, maintaining hotel operations, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Responsibilities: - Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service - Check guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring accuracy of information and timely completion of paperwork - Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and efficiently - Assist with guest requests such as room changes, additional amenities, or special accommodations - Operate the hotel phone system, answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate department or individual - Ensure the safety and security of guests by monitoring surveillance cameras, maintaining key control procedures, and following emergency procedures - Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area, lobby, and other public areas - Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations and provide support as needed Requirements: - Previous experience in hotel management or customer service is preferred - Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices - Familiarity with hotel phone systems and night audit procedures is a plus - Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor - Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy - Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are highly desirable - Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail - Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Exceptional phone etiquette with the ability to handle high call volumes Join our team as a Front Desk Agent and enjoy competitive pay rates, opportunities for career growth, and a supportive work environment.
