As a Process Engineer supporting the CLEANWELL manufacturing hub in North America, you will play a key role in industrial ramp-up, optimizing processes, and driving continuous improvement. This position is central to performance monitoring, cost efficiency, and building technical expertise across operations.Your Role at a Glance Develop and deliver operator training programs on plating procedures, equipment, and quality standardsLead and participate in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiativesTroubleshoot process deviations, quality defects, and equipment issues, implementing corrective actionsCollaborate on equipment maintenance, upgrades, and evaluation of new technologiesSupport safety protocols and ensure compliance with environmental and chemical handling regulationsAssist in industrialization of new products from R&D to full-scale productionBenchmark processes with global CLEANWELL operations to align standards and best practicesWhat Sets You Apart We're looking for individuals who bring the right mix of experience, mindset, and motivation:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (or equivalent experience)Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing principlesExperience with electrical, plumbing, or pneumatic systems preferredPLC programming, automation, and troubleshooting experience preferredAbility to work in environments requiring safety equipment, including respirator useWhat Powers Your Performance Success in this role is driven by a strong mix of personal ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
