Our mission is to empower healthcare providers with innovative tools that facilitate proactive and effective patient management.About The RoleThe Sales Associate role is a hybrid position combining in-person relationship building and remote prospecting, designed as a stepping stone toward a full Account Executive role.You’ll support territory-based selling by generating qualified meetings, building relationships with healthcare providers, and learning how deals move from first conversation to close. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, is naturally curious, and wants to grow into a quota-carrying sales position over time.What You’ll DoGenerate qualified meetings through a mix of:In-person visits and relationship-building within your territoryOutbound prospecting (email, phone, LinkedIn)Follow-up on inbound leads when assignedRepresent Impilo professionally in local markets through:Office visits, lunch-and-learns, and community outreachConferences or local events as neededQualify prospects based on ICP, program readiness, and urgencySell the meeting” by creating interest and relevance, not pitching full solutionsPartner closely with assigned Account Executives to: Align on target accounts and outreach strategyShare insights from the fieldSupport deal progression when neededMaintain accurate activity and notes in HubSpotLearn Impilo’s platform, pricing, and positioning over timeParticipate in ongoing sales training and coachingThe Right Prescription (Requirements)1–3 years of experience in sales, customer-facing, or healthcare-related rolesComfortable speaking with healthcare professionals and office staffStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organized with good follow-up habitsWillingness to be in the field and travel locally within territoryCoachable, curious, and motivated to grow into an Account Executive roleBachelors degree requiredTechnical Boosters (Nice to Haves)Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or health techPrior BDR, SDR, or sales experienceField experience a plusInterest in SaaS or healthcare technology salesCareer PathThis role is designed as a growth role.
