This full stack role will contribute to both a modern React-based front-end application and a brand-new FastAPI back-end service — both supporting critical transactional business workflows already in an advanced stage of development.RESPONSIBILITIESFront-End•      Develop and enhance front-end features using React•      Implement user interfaces using Material UI as the primary UI framework•      Integrate front-end components with back-end APIs•      Support secure authentication using Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO)•      Deliver high-quality, maintainable UI code in an active development environmentBack-End•      Develop and maintain back-end services using the FastAPI framework•      Build APIs to support transactional workflows and business-critical data•      Collaborate with front-end developers and product partners to deliver end-to-end functionality•      Write and maintain unit tests using PytestTeam & Process•      Participate in Scrum ceremonies and ad hoc meetings to align with team goals•      Work from established designs and contribute to an advanced-stage applicationREQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE•      7+ years of experience as a software engineer/developer•      Strong proficiency in React for building transactional or form-heavy user interfaces•      Hands-on experience with Material UI•      Familiarity with authentication flows, specifically Microsoft SSO•      Strong proficiency in Python with hands-on experience using FastAPI•      Experience building transactional, data-driven back-end applications•      Familiarity with unit testing frameworks, specifically Pytest•      Ability to work within an existing design and advanced development environment
