About the Opportunity:
The FULL-STACK DEVELOPER - EDS role is designed to advance the development and maintenance of edge-rendered websites and applications using Adobe Edge Delivery Services. This position directly influences the performance and scalability of digital properties, ensuring optimal user experiences through technical ownership, client collaboration, and integration with broader platform ecosystems. The role is critical for delivering high-quality web solutions in dynamic settings.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain high-performance websites and web applications using Adobe EDSDevelop reusable components using native JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3Support existing EDS-based digital properties alongside current developers
- Configure new EDS projects and manage project settings including routing and configuration files
- Optimize page loading performance targeting Core Web Vitals and Lighthouse scores
- Configure authoring workflows integrating document-based content
- Manage Git-first deployment workflows and CDN/edge caching strategies
- Serve as a technical liaison with clients, translating requirements into solutions
- Integrate EDS pages with Adobe ecosystem tools and CRM/MarTech systems
- Utilize AI coding tools for development planning and execution
- Participate in technical discovery, estimation, and solutioning with clients
- Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to code reviews
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of full-stack development experience with at least 2 years on Adobe EDS or strong AEM background with EDS ramp-upExpert skills in native JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 with framework judgment
- Proven success optimizing Core Web Vitals and Lighthouse performance
- Proficiency with React and Next.js for non-EDS applications
- Mastery of Git/GitHub workflows including CI automation
- Experience with DevOps practices beyond basic CI tools
- Knowledge of document-based authoring workflows
- Back-end development and API integration experience
- Client-facing experience collaborating with stakeholders
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- Salary range is $130,000 to $145,000 USD, depending on skills, education, experience, certifications, and responsibilities
