The operator will be responsible for safely operating heavy equipment, performing excavation tasks, and maintaining equipment to ensure operational efficiency. Daily duties also include inspecting used equipment, communicating with the team, and adhering to all safety protocols on the job site.QualificationsProficiency in Equipment Operation and handling Heavy EquipmentExperience with Excavation techniques and processesKnowledge of Equipment Maintenance and Used Equipment inspectionStrong understanding of job site safety practices and proceduresAbility to follow directions, work efficiently, and collaborate with team membersA valid driver's license and clean driving recordPrevious construction industry experience is a plus
