This unit specializes in the care of cardiac patients, including those with STEMI, NSTEMI, and chest pain. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-level nursing care and managing cardiac drips, including Milrinone, Dobutamine, and pressors. The nurse-to-patient ratio will range from 1:3 to 1:4, depending on the workload and acuity of patients./n/nResponsibilities/n/n- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the PCU/IMCU./n- Administer medications and monitor patient responses, particularly with cardiac drips./n- Manage telemetry beds during lower acuity levels as needed./n- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes./n- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies and protocols./n/n/nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure/n/n- Minimum of 2 years of documented experience in a similar-sized facility with PCU experience./n- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required./n- Experience with cardiac populations and related medical conditions./n/n/nWhy ARMStaffing?/nAt ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
