Psychologist for Children with Autism
Ally Behavior is a full-time, center-based, early intervention Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy program, serving children with autism ranging from 18 months to 6 years of age. Our comprehensive approach will support and prepare you to help us provide the best possible service to our clients!Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Conduct evaluations and assessments for children with autismDevelop treatment plans for children with autismWork collaboratively with our team of psychologists, behavioral therapists, speech therapists, and occupational therapistsProvide ongoing support and guidance to families of children with autismKeep up-to-date with the latest research and developments relevant to children with autismRequired Qualifications:PhD or PsyD required5+ years experience providing services with autism and developmental disabilitiesExperience with conducting psychological assessments on children, especially ages 18 months to 4.5 years using key diagnostic instruments (ADOS-2, CARS-2, Vineland-3, etc.)Family support and/or family therapy experience desiredFamiliarity with ABA therapyExperience with navigating school IEP processesWillingness to travel to different local center locationsStrong and fluid writing competenceDesire for professional growth and career advancementStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment What We Offer When Joining Our Team:1099 contractors are paid on a per billable hour basisA competitive salary and benefits package is available for both part-time and full-time work commitmentNote: This position is NOT eligible for Visa sponsorship.
