Technical Sales Representative – Bartec TPMSBartec TPMS is seeking a motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Representative to support and grow business within an assigned territory in the greater Atlanta area. This position is ideal for someone with automotive aftermarket outside sales experience, including backgrounds with companies such as NAPA Auto Parts, AutoZone, Advance Auto Parts, O’Reilly Auto Parts, Carquest, tire distributors, or similar automotive programs.The ideal candidate is comfortable traveling, calling on automotive repair and tire shops, conducting hands-on product demonstrations and training, and building strong customer relationships in the field. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, basic mechanical aptitude, and an understanding of automotive service environments.Primary Responsibilities: • Outside sales and service calls to automotive repair and tire shops • Scheduling and presenting hands-on product training meetings • Achieving monthly and annual sales goals assigned by the company • Managing daily and weekly reporting, sales activity, and territory updates • Maintaining a thorough knowledge of new and existing products, policies, and merchandising information • Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor • Communicating customer feedback, market trends, and new product opportunities to management • Representing Bartec at trade shows, customer events, and industry meetings within the territory • Gathering market intelligence from customers, competitors, and vendors • Promoting and protecting the Bartec brand and professional company imageSpecific Qualifications: • Outside sales experience in the Automotive Aftermarket Industry required • Candidate should be based in or near the greater Atlanta area • Overnight travel required approximately 75% • Demonstrated success achieving sales goals and territory growth • Strong face-to-face communication and relationship-building skills • Strong computer proficiency, particularly Microsoft Office products • Knowledge of materials, methods, tools, and diagnostic equipment commonly used in automotive and tire service environments • Positive attitude and results-oriented mindset • Possess a valid driver’s license with clean driving record • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening • Must be a team player and work well independentlyCompensation Plan: • Competitive base salary (negotiable based on experience) • Quarterly bonus opportunity • Company-paid travel expenses • Car allowance • Company cell phone • Health and Dental Insurance • Paid Vacation • Paid Holidays • 401(k) PlanSince 2004, Bartec TPMS has been a leader in TPMS service solutions throughout North America.
