Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Softball Instructor to work with players of all age groups, offering individualized coaching as well as small to medium group training sessions. The instructor will focus on developing softball skills, correcting techniques, evaluating player progress, coordinating teams, and organizing competitive games, all within a no-travel environment. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and improve individual and team softball skillsConduct training sessions for individuals, small (2-5), and medium (6-12) groupsCorrect player techniques to ensure proper form and performanceEvaluate player progress and provide constructive feedbackCoordinate team activities and practice schedulesOrganize and oversee competitive games Preferred Qualifications3+ years of experience in sports instructionExpertise in softball techniques and coaching methodsStrong motivational and leadership skillsKnowledge of sports training and physical fitness principles
