Guest Service Agent - One Dalton Street, Boston
Join Our Forbes Five-Star Team at Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston! Looking for an exciting opportunity to join a world-class team and work in one of Boston's most luxurious hotels? Look no further than the Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street Boston! We are seeking individuals who are passionate about hospitality to join our Front Office team as a Guest Service Agent.Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):Check in guest in an efficient and friendly manner, using guest name whenever possible.Assure that guest is assigned type of room requested and the correct rate is charged.Arrange for luggage to be delivered to guest room and issues correct keys to the guest.Check out guest at end of stay and ascertain guest satisfaction.Collect keys, posts late charges and presents bill upon check outSettle bill accurately through credit card or cash transaction.Maintain a balanced bank assigned by the hotel.Email the guest regarding any late charges processed to their account after their check-out (when proper email is available).Make change, cashes checks, exchanges foreign currency.Reconcile all transactions at the close of each shift and to cash out.Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.Ability to work, weekend, nights and holidays.Preferred Qualifications and Skills:High School Degree preferred.2 Years in a front desk role or 2 years' luxury customer service experience necessary.Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.Who We Look For:We look for employees who share the Golden Rule; people who, by nature, believe in treating others as we would have them treat us.
