This role requires flexibility in prioritizing assignments and meeting deadlines under pressure, while also fostering strong, positive working relationships with both internal teams and external partners.What You Will DoMust maintain a professional image in representing the organization both by phone and in personAnswer and screen incoming phone calls and take messages as neededCoordinate travel arrangements and schedule meetingsOrganize and maintain file system, file correspondence, and other recordsPrepare reports, outgoing mail, coordinate deliveries, and receive and distribute incoming mailSupport assigned office staff as neededPerform advanced, varied, and confidential administrative duties in support of business effortsMaintain database for training and certifications for construction management personnelCoordinate and schedule training and certification classes for personnelOther duties assigned by Regional Vice President and Project ManagerWho You AreYou are a critical thinker with excellent analysis and problem-solving abilities. You are accomplished at oral and written communication with exceptional listening and comprehension skills.
