What You'll Bring A passion for culinary artistry and a track record of leadership in high-quality, high-volume settings. A commitment to hospitality, excellence, and creating unforgettable guest experiences. 5+ years as an Executive Chef, Chef, or Executive Sous Chef, plus experience working closely with leadership teams. A collaborative spirit and the drive to mentor and inspire your team to grow alongside you.
