Facility HVAC Maintenance Technician - Highland Heights/NKY

We are tdgFacilities!TDG Facilities LLC is looking for a full-time Site-Based Facility HVAC Maintenance Technician in the NORTHERN KENTUCKY / HIGHLAND HEIGHTS / WILDER KENTUCKY area to help serve a large education facility client located within the Northern Kentucky Region. This role requires knowledge of corrective, preventative, and routine repair and maintenance procedures which may include carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. Experience working with various building pumps, water softeners, and other facility mechanical assets is a plus. We also like to utilize skillsets such as commercial carpentry, commercial garage door repair, drywall and construction experience to better serve our clients. This position includes access to a company vehicle while on the work site.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Perform general building maintenance tasks including performing timely repairs and scheduled maintenance on building equipment, fire system tests and inspections, general break/fix, light carpentry, light plumbing, floor care, on-call assistance for clean-ups and other emergencies.Diagnose general maintenance issues quickly and effectivelyExperience diagnosing and working with minor HVAC system repairsAble to perform general plumbing and electrical repairsWorth both independently, and also within a teamBe available nights and weekends for emergenciesAbility to maintain detailed and complete records of maintenance, repair, and testing activitiesMaintain truck stock and inventory within company guidelinesDevelop and maintain client relationships including participation in client meetingsUse computer/tablet/mobile devices to modify and monitor work order management systemOther tasks as assignedQUALIFICATIONS:4+ years experience in Commercial Facilities Maintenance ServicesStrong mechanical aptitude, with experience diagnosing HVAC issuesKeen eye for detailHighly organizedAbility to self-manage and perform each essential duties beyond satisfactionExcellent time management skillsEffective communication skills with a great attitudeMust be able to pass background checks, drug screeningBENEFITS:Health, Dental, Vision, STD/LTD, Life and Supplemental InsurancePaid Time Off & Paid Holidays401k with employer matchingCompany vehiclePhone stipendTDG Facilities LLC is full-service facilities management company based in Cincinnati, OH with over 6M square feet under management in OH, IN, KY, TN, GA, AL & FL.
