Construction Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Construction Manager to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.This role will oversee multiple energy construction projects, with a strong emphasis on high voltage and renewable energy work. The Construction Manager will partner closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep schedules, field activities, quality, and safety aligned from design through closeout. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who can balance cost, constructability, and execution while supporting successful project delivery across a nationwide portfolio.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annuallyResponsibilities Manage multiple energy construction projects related to high voltage and renewable energy Provide cost and constructability input during the design phase Coordinate project schedules, submittals, and field activities Lead construction meetings with subcontractors, internal teams, and clients Develop and maintain detailed project schedules with a 3-week lookahead Ensure adherence to specifications, quality assurance, and safety standards Oversee project closeout documentation and maintain accurate project recordsQualifications Valid Driver's License and extensive nationwide travel availability 5-7 years of construction management experience in high voltage and renewable energy Experience with data centers, microgrids, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) Strong knowledge of construction methods and energy infrastructure projects Proven skills in managing schedules, budgets, and quality control Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities OSHA 30 and CPR/AED certifications are requiredBenefits Opportunity for full-time nationwide travel with a structured work schedule Engagement in cutting-edge high voltage and renewable energy projects Development of leadership skills through team and client interactions Possibility to utilize innovative management techniques for project success Collaborative work environment focused on achieving client satisfactionOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
