As we grow our Strategy & Analytics practice, we're looking for an independent and motivated analyst to drive value for our clients. The ideal candidate will conduct analysis, present insights to clients, build and automate reports, and seek to continuously improve processes.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze customer, sales, loyalty, and product data to help clients understand business trends, opportunities, and historical performancePartner closely with clients to understand their priorities and opportunitiesCreate processes and reports to improve day-to-day understanding of brand health and program successThink strategically about data strategy and propose initiatives to improve the way we collect data, understand insights, and make decisions.Qualifications3+ years of strategy, insights and/or analytics experienceBachelor's degree in quantitative or relevant experienceSelf-starter with strong creative problem-solving and communication skillsWorking knowledge of SQL, R or PythonDatabricks and PowerBI experience preferredMust be legally authorized to work in the United States
