Maintenance ManagerFull-TimeIndianapolis, INCompensation DOE: Competitive Salary + BonusesMeet your talent advisor Kelly MaxwellA rapidly growing manufacturer in the food & beverage production industry is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations within a high-volume production environment.This role is ideal for a hands-on maintenance leader who thrives in fast-paced manufacturing operations, enjoys building and developing teams, and has a strong focus on equipment reliability, uptime, and continuous improvement.What You’ll Do as a Maintenance Manager:As a Maintenance Manager, you’ll manage all maintenance operations within the facility, including preventive maintenance programs, equipment reliability initiatives, and leadership of maintenance personnel.
