ADMS Analyst

This role supports the optimization and sustainment of an Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS) used to operate the electric distribution grid. The ADMS Analyst will partner closely with Distribution Control Centers, Geospatial, Grid Operations, and Business Systems teams to support model validation, system configuration, device integration, and overall system performance.This position plays a key role in supporting ongoing ADMS deployment and enhancement efforts, including system readiness, operational support, and continuous improvement of grid management capabilities.Support the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the ADMS platformCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Distribution Operations, GIS, IT, and Grid ManagementPerform model validation, promotion, and troubleshooting to ensure system accuracy and reliabilityAssist with testing efforts including system validation and user acceptance testing (UAT)Support integration of ADMS with SCADA systems, GIS platforms, and field devicesMonitor and maintain ADMS performance metrics and system healthAssist with device commissioning and resolve performance or integration issuesConfigure user interface components including displays, symbology, and system visibilityMaintain and enhance mapping and geospatial components within ADMSPerform audits and validation activities to ensure adherence to operational and modeling standardsContribute to documentation and continuous improvement of ADMS processes and workflowsMinimum Qualifications2+ years of experience supporting ADMS, OMS, or similar grid management systemsExperience working within electric distribution operations or utility environmentsUnderstanding of electric distribution systems and grid operationsExperience supporting system configuration, testing, or troubleshooting activitiesPreferred QualificationsHands-on experience with Schneider Electric ADMS or OMS platformsExperience with GIS systems (ESRI, GE Smallworld, or similar)Experience with SCADA systems or remotely controlled field devicesExposure to ADMS implementation, deployment, or go-live environmentsExperience supporting cross-functional teams in a matrixed environmentStrong communication and documentation skillsDetailsLocation: Remote or State of TexasStart: ASAP (aligned to ADMS go-live timeline)Pay: TBD based on searchTimeline: Would like to sup proactive profiles by April 3rd.Why This OpportunityOpportunity to support a large-scale grid modernization initiativeWork directly with real-time systems that impact grid reliability and operationsHigh-visibility role with cross-functional exposure across operations, IT, and engineeringEight Eleven Group provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, citizenship, disability, genetic information, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, amnesty or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.#J-18808-Ljbffr
