We're hiring! Radar, RF, SW and Sensors Engineering Opportunities

Lockheed Martin is hiring engineers who are passionate about radar, RF, software, and sensor technologies to support critical missions in the Defense & Aerospace industry. As part of our Engineering & Design organization, you will contribute to the research, design, development, integration, and sustainment of advanced radar, RF, and multi-sensor systems that help protect national security and enable next-generation aerospace capabilities. Working within multi-disciplinary teams, you will collaborate with systems, electrical, software, and test engineers to transform complex mission requirements into innovative, reliable, and producible solutions. In this role, you may be involved in activities such as defining system and subsystem requirements, architecting radar and RF signal chains, designing and implementing real-time software, developing and optimizing signal processing and sensor-fusion algorithms, and performing modeling, simulation, and analysis of system performance in challenging operational environments. You will support integration and test activities in laboratory and field settings, analyze test data, troubleshoot issues, and help drive continuous improvements in system performance, reliability, and manufacturability. Engineers in these opportunities typically work with tools such as MATLAB/Simulink and other modeling environments, C/C++ and Python for embedded and application-level software, and modern RF test and measurement equipment. You will document your designs, analyses, and test results, and present technical findings to peers, technical leads, and customers. Depending on the specific assignment, you may contribute to proposal efforts, trade studies, and technology maturation projects that shape future capabilities.
