In the end, the intent is to enable you and your team to work effectively and collaboratively to produce results that matter.Why work at Brock?Competitive Compensation PackageProfit SharingExtended Health BenefitsContinuous Career GrowthFlexible Working HoursCompany Events and CelebrationsTravel OpportunitiesResponsibilities may include:Lead all phases of construction and layout modification projects from preconstruction through closeoutDevelop and manage project schedules, sequencing, and recovery plans to meet key milestonesOversee project budgets, cost tracking, and forecasting; drive corrective actions to stay on budgetManage subcontractor procurement, RFP creation, contracting, and overall performanceCoordinate all trades (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, controls, etc.) to ensure efficient and conflict-free executionServe as the primary point of contact for subcontractors, clients, architects, and engineers; manage expectations and resolve issuesEnsure compliance with contract documents, building codes, and quality standardsLead site safety efforts and enforce OSHA and company safety requirementsManage scope, change orders, and project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and reportingOversee billing, pay applications, and financial reporting in coordination with accountingLead inspections, permitting, testing, commissioning, and project closeout to ensure successful completion and turnoverIdentify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to support project successSupervise and support field staff, subcontractors and project team membersJob Requirements:5+ years of experience in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred)Proven experience with construction, office renovations, tenant improvements, or interior fit-outsMust be customer focused and action orientedExcellent organizational skillsExperience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project is an assetStrong knowledge of building codes, permitting, and inspection processesFinancial responsibility for projects ranging from $500K to $10MCollege diploma or University degree in relevant field of study (Engineering or related fields)This position does require travel (approximately 30%)Other Relevant Job Information (if applicable):We appreciate your interest in joining our team.Please note that: (a) all applicants must be legally entitled to work in the country where the position is located; and (b) some roles require eligibility for government security clearances or site access, which may require citizenship or lawful permanent resident status under the applicable policies and regulations.New grads are welcome to apply.
