Accounting Contractor

Supporting a range of finance and accounting functions, the part-time Accounting Contractor will manage accounts receivable and collections, assist with accounts payable and month-end processes, and contribute to audit preparation while working remotely. Key responsibilitiesHelp with accounts receivable and collections, including dunning process management Support accounts payable and credit card reconciliation, as well as month-end financial reporting and analysis Run month-end commissions processing and assist with audit preparation and ad hoc tasksRequired qualifications4-6 years of hands-on experience in accounting, including AR, AP, commissions, and FP&A Experience with Xero, Rillet, or similar accounting platforms Ability to adapt to a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities Demonstrated collaborative spirit and strong communication skills Proven track record of managing workstreams independently and reliably
