Real Estate Analyst

Primary Services is actively recruiting for a Real Estate Analyst to join a dynamic organization based in Austin, Texas. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the Development project portfolio by ensuring the smooth processing of land management tasks. If you're a detail-oriented professional with a background in real estate and a knack for managing tasks in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:Manage the processing of landowner payments accurately and timely, adhering to verification processes. Assist in data entry and data integrity of land management software to ensure compliance.Assist in processing executed site control documents, option notices, amendments, terminations, easements, estoppels, and affidavits. Assist in the processing of mineral agreements and manage internal and external curative workbooks. Assist in the processing of mineral agreements and manage internal and external curative workbooks. Coordinate and confirm all forms and draft real estate agreements have necessary Project approvals prior to execution of such documents by landowners. Manage outside contractors, when applicable, in the preparing and recording of real estate documents. Partner with development team to ensure strong and positive landowner relationships and communication throughout the lifetime of the projects. Maintain land real estate documents and folder within internal file server. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree.2-3 years of real estate experience, preferably some in renewable energy.Texas Notary Public certification is preferred.Highly proficient in Microsoft Suite programs.Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM software and project management software).Excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to understand legal documents and real estate contracts.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong analytical and organizational skills.Strong familiarity with relevant technology and tools such as GIS and land management database systems.Apply now and take your career to the next level in the exciting field of real estate development!Want to be notified of similar positions?
