Job Responsibilities:Disassembling and restoring existing cabinets:
Carefully disassemble existing cabinetry for restoration purposes.
Assess and repair any damages to ensure the restoration process meets high-quality standards.
Fabricating new cabinetry and millwork:
Utilize trim carpentry skills to fabricate new cabinetry and millwork pieces.
Interpret blueprints and design specifications to create custom pieces tailored to client needs.
Installation of cabinetry:
Execute precise and efficient installations of new and restored cabinetry.
Ensure proper fit, finish, and functionality according to project requirements.
Collaboration with the team:
Work closely with other craftsmen and team members to achieve project goals.
Communicate effectively to ensure a smooth workflow throughout the production process.
Qualifications:Proven experience as a Trim Carpenter in cabinetry and restoration work.
Proficiency in the disassembly, restoration, fabrication, and installation of cabinetry and millwork.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
