Skilled Laborer- 1st/2nd/3rd Shift

Job Description Location:Monticello, Indiana Shift:1st ShiftHours7am – 3:00 pm2nd ShiftHours3:00pm – 11:00 pm3rd ShiftHours:11:00pm – 7:00am Job Summary:Our client is seeking reliable and hardworking Skilled Laborers to support production and manufacturing operations. This position requires hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and the ability to work with tools, equipment, and materials safely and efficiently. Key ResponsibilitiesOperate hand and power tools safely and effectively Assist with assembly, fabrication, and production tasks Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility Follow blueprints, work instructions, and supervisor direction Perform basic maintenance and housekeeping duties Inspect materials and finished products for quality Maintain a clean and safe work environment Support team members and other departments as needed QualificationsPrevious experience in manufacturing, construction, or general labor preferred Experience using hand and power tools required Ability to read a tape measure and follow instructions Forklift experience is a plus Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Ability to stand, bend, twist, and perform repetitive tasks Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment Schedule & PayFull-time position 1st ,2nd ,and 3rd shift opportunities available Overtime may be required Pay based on experienceWhy Peoplelink?
