Our teams emphasize clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and collaborative practice models that support both patient outcomes and physician flexibility.Position OverviewWe are seeking a Per Diem BC/BE Family Medicine Hospitalist at Palmdale Regional Medical Center in Palmdale, California. This role is primarily night coverage with some swing shifts, with 4-8 shifts per month, offering flexibility while supporting inpatient coverage needs. The hospitalist will provide adult inpatient care in a community hospital setting using a team-based care model focused on quality, safety, and continuity of care.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality inpatient medical care to adult patientsManage admissions, daily rounds, and discharges during assigned shiftsCoordinate transitions of care and communicate effectively with consulting servicesCollaborate with nursing staff, case management, and ancillary teamsUtilize Cerner EMR for documentation and clinical workflowsAdhere to all safety, quality, and regulatory standardsQualificationsMD or DO degreeBoard Certified / Board Eligible in Family MedicineEligible for California medical licensureACLS and BLS requiredStrong clinical judgment and communication skillsPrior inpatient or hospitalist experience preferredCompensation$165 $170 per hour (1099)How to ApplyInterested candidates may submit their CV to .
