The technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, performing preventive maintenance tasks, and ensuring the safe operation of heating and cooling equipment. Daily tasks include troubleshooting HVAC systems, addressing plumbing and electrical issues related to HVAC, following EPA regulations, and delivering outstanding customer service.QualificationsStrong troubleshooting skills to identify and solve HVAC system issuesExperience in plumbing and preventive maintenance for HVAC systemsKnowledge of EPA standards and ability to adhere to regulationsUnderstanding of electricity and its applications in HVAC systemsStrong attention to detail and a commitment to safetyCertifications such as EPA or related HVAC certifications preferredExcellent communication and customer service skillsValid driver’s license with a clean driving record
