Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic café environment. As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of our food preparation and sales processes. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Duties Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and quality standards. Operate the Aloha POS system efficiently to process customer orders and handle cash register transactions. Maintain cleanliness in the café, including sanitizing work areas, equipment, and dining spaces. Assist with bussing tables and ensuring a tidy environment for guests. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, answer questions, and promote menu items. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Follow food safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe dining experience. Experience Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and sanitation practices is a plus. Experience using cash registers or POS systems is advantageous. Strong math skills for handling transactions accurately. A positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
