Wellness Lead
Position SummaryThe Wellness Lead oversees the store's natural supplements and health and beauty operations, ensuring smooth execution, with a particular focus on meeting each customer's health-related needs. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving sales, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and ensuring the department is well-stocked, organized and visually appealing. The Wellness Lead serves as a trusted resource for customers seeking natural health products, vitamins, supplements, and wellness solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with vendor partners to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize inventory shrink Keep up to date with wellness trends and ensure that Totum Market has a timely and relevant product set. Maintain department conditions, including cleanliness, organization, signage, and product presentationSupport labor planning, scheduling, and real‑time labor adjustmentsEnsure compliance with OSHA policies, DSHEA regulations, and company policies. Resolve operational issues quickly to maintain service levelsAssist with training, onboarding, and ongoing development of department team members.
