Transfer Pricing Senior Tax Associate - Hybrid in Eden Prairie, MN

Growing Together.This position will assist with preparing and maintaining the organization's transfer pricing analyses and documentation, and it will work with international, federal, and state agencies on tax audits. This position follows a hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week. Primary Responsibilities: Prepare financial data, analysis, and modeling to support tax and transfer pricing projects Assist with the preparation and maintenance of global transfer pricing documentation and other required transfer pricing reporting Assist with gathering documentation for tax audits Assist with the preparation of US federal, state and/or international tax returns Develop and use knowledge of automation systems, Company's enterprise-wide financial reporting systems Develop relationships with various company business functions to exchange information needed for tax audit, tax-model maintenance, and other transfer pricing analyses You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or comparable education Demonstrated interest in learning US international tax and transfer pricing concepts 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably with a Fortune 500 corporate tax or finance department or International CPA firm Demonstrated proficiency in Excel and Word Preferred Qualifications: CPA or applicable advanced degree (e.g., MBT, MS of Taxation, MBA or JD) Transfer pricing or international tax experience Demonstrated attention to detail with solid organizational skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment Proven solid writing, quantitative, and communication skills Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $60,200 to $107,400 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
